The new Applebee's Ihop is the place to go. They have a bar now. Managers are visible at all times checkin on customers and welcoming them into the new establishment. Service is top-tier. Say HI 👋🏽to Anthony, he's the best. staple to the Inglewood community. They're open 24hrs for all our late night foodies.

A Brilliant Hybrid That Hits the Spot! Just visited the brand-new IHOP/Applebee’s hybrid that opened this week, and I’m already planning my next visit. What a smart concept—combining the best of both worlds under one roof with full menus from each and 24/7 hours. No more choosing between late-night pancakes or a proper dinner; you can have it all whenever the craving strikes. This place is going to be a game-changer for families, night owls, and anyone who wants maximum options without the hassle. I went with the 8oz steak (Applebee’s side), ordered rare, along with double mashed potatoes, those addictive garlic breadsticks, and a side of mozzarella sticks. The steak came out a little more medium than rare on the first try, but the server noticed right away and had the kitchen fix it immediately—no fuss, just a fresh plate that was cooked perfectly the second time. The mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting, the garlic breadsticks had that perfect buttery crunch, and the mozzarella sticks were hot, gooey, and pulled perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and satisfied both the breakfast-for-dinner and classic American comfort food vibes. The staff is entirely new since they just opened, and you can tell they’re still finding their rhythm, but the energy and effort are fantastic. Our hostess, Hazel, was especially attentive—she greeted us warmly, checked in multiple times, and really went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. I’m a patient person, and it was clear everyone is eager to do a great job. With a little more time, this team is going to be unstoppable. If you’re looking for a fun, convenient spot that never closes and gives you the freedom to mix and match from two beloved menus, this place is it. Highly recommend—especially late at night when options are usually limited. Can’t wait to go back and try the pancakes next time! Great job to the whole team on your first week—keep it up!

This place is amazing. The Collab between IHOP and Applebee's is now immaculate. The manager literally came to my table and asked if my stay was great: not only was it great, it was amazing. The strawberry milkshake? AMAZING. I love the whipped cream it comes with it. I ate so many pancakes: I normally cannot eat more than 2 pancakes, but GOD THESE PANCAKES WERE SO GOOD I ATE LIKE FIFTEEN. Jesus, don't get me started on the omelettes...the steak omelet was so good I couldn't bring myself to share it with my sister. The atmosphere was amazing, I felt like I was at a Dave N' Busters. People should definitely come and check this place out. The service was amazing, I felt like a kid at Disneyland. Definitely coming back here again, 10/10.

We stopped in for breakfast this morning and were assisted by Karen. Despite being the only staff member on duty at 8:00 a.m., she managed everything efficiently and provided excellent service. She was courteous, friendly, and attentive—taking our order promptly and delivering our food in a timely manner. Karen was also handling pickup orders simultaneously, demonstrating strong multitasking skills without compromising the quality of service. Overall, we were very pleased with her professionalism and the positive experience she provided.
