My server Alisa was by far the BEST waitress ive had in a long time she kept my coffee pot full recommended an awesome meal as ive never eaten at an ihop b4 whoever the cook was did a great job both preparation and presentation but ive got to give it up for Alisa BEST EVER!!!!!! anyone reading this ask for her by name i promise you will not regret it and yall know im a hard to please dude!!!!!! Happy new year EVERYONE!!! 2nd stop even better Alisa even remembered me she was not my waitress Sade was this time she had to have been trained by or done alisa's training though cause she was great too the burger was steaming hot fries crispy all around A+ meal the food ain't even make it till picture time lol yall eat good and be good

I took my husband to iHOP today to celebrate his birthday, and as soon as we entered, we were greeted by Caleb, who was very friendly. The food was excellent. Our server, Kiya, is fantastic. She has a welcoming attitude that makes you feel right at home. They both were just amazing!

Arrived about 11:20, seated right away and placed our drinks orders for coffee and hot tea..There was no delay in getting the coffee but the tea and hot water took about 10 minutes and the restaurant wasn't very busy. 20 minutes after giving our order to the server, we finished our drinks, I was able to pour a second cup of coffee from the carraff but my wife had to wait for our server to come back and get a cup of hot water for her tea. 20 minutes later we were wondering how long it would take for our breakfast order to be served..We waited 10-15 more minutes and told the other servers that we had been waiting almost an hour for our order to be served and decided to go elsewhere for a meal.. We left as they were asking us to not give up on them and come back soon, but after that terribly long wait for 2 simple breakfast orders, we probably won't go back there for a long time...

I usually never go to IHOP due to service issues in general but this time we decided to give it another a chance and it was fantastic. Sade was a fantastic waitress, very quick and attentive and made sure we knew exactly what we ordered and if we wanted more. The food was fresh and very good. Cleaning up and bringing the check was done so quickly we didnt have anytime to wait. Fantastic service, fantastic experience. Sade is a gem of this place
