A cozy IHOP conveniently located near a plaza, food is average, service is good, and place is clean. Worth stopping by if you are visiting the nearby medical centers and want to grab a quick bite. The quality of the food was acceptable though slightly below average from what I've seen at IHOP. Presentation was poor and hashbrowns and other sides felt a little tasteless and stale. The pancakes and crepes, for example did not have the described fillings and the fillings were instead scattered haphazardly on the plate. The seating area and bathrooms were clean and the servers attentive. Our server Daniel was friendly and accommodating of special requests.

Went with my family this weekend, had a really good experience. Our server, Diana, was very friendly and attentive. She helped us with food suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great location. Will be coming back soon and requesting her!!
