Super quiet, we came right towards the early hours and it was just us in the restaurant. Our waitress was so sweet, her name was Lulu, she was the best ever. Absolutely coming back, best place for a late night snack

We traveled from California to Seattle to visit our daughter because she’s sick, and tonight my wife and I came here for dinner around 10:30 PM. Honestly, the waitress, LULU, made our night so much better. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and caring — she truly made us forget how exhausted and worried we were. Her kindness, professionalism, and down-to-earth personality made us feel like family. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and enjoys taking care of people. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean and organized. My wife will be staying for the rest of the month, and she will definitely be coming back every weekend for late-night dinners. Highly recommend this place!

You know when the service is so good that I cannot remember how was my food taste like. I ordered my usual breakfast with nothing special at IHOP. Nothing bad about it. But I'm leaving the review because I want to give a shout out to my server, Ricardo. You can tell he loves working here and want to make sure you get the best experience dining in. Thank you for holding up the standard for all the restaurant customer service. My first time coming here and will most likely come back again.

We drove an hour with two friends just to meet the rest of our group at IHOP around midnight, and honestly it was worth it. We were a big group, but we had such a fun and comfortable time. Our server Lulu was amazing — super fast, friendly, fun, and she didn’t make a single mistake even with such a large table. The restaurant was clean and organized, there was plenty of parking, and the cooks did a great job because the food was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

I stopped by here on a whim with friends at 10pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant had maybe 4-5 other parties dining at this hour. Food - I feel like this IHOP deserves a 4.4 for food. We ordered the strawberry cream crepes, classic buttermilk pancakes, and protein pancakes. I’m quite impressed with the food quality and presentation. Taste was classic IHOP, not gonna expect Michelin tier from an IHOP lol but I was pleasantly surprised that the quality was good. Service - Wait staff had an easygoing and kind demeanor. It was almost calming and made us all relax! Our waiter was Isaac. :) They definitely are great at their job. Food came out timely and the waitstaff were prompt for any extra reqs. Atmosphere - IDK whether this location remodeled or something recently (haven’t been here in forever) but it was VERY clean and well-maintained. This has been on Aurora for so long and I was expecting something a bit grimey. Overall I’m so pleasantly surprised that I had to leave a review! My friend commented that the atmosphere and service experience was like a calm in the storm that is Aurora Ave.

Today I had a truly special experience at IHOP. I have been living in the United States for five years, and whenever I travel, I usually have breakfast at IHOP. But honestly, this is the first time I have felt welcomed with such warmth, kindness, and positive energy. I especially want to recognize Ricardo, the server who attended us today. His service was outstanding — kind, attentive, respectful, and genuinely caring. He made our breakfast experience much more enjoyable. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do and brings positive energy to their customers. It is so refreshing to come to a restaurant and feel welcomed from the very first moment. Customer service truly makes the difference, and today Ricardo made our morning special. Thank you to the entire team at IHOP, and especially to Ricardo, for making us feel so comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Around 10:30–11 PM, after finishing our dance class, my friends and I (we were four) stopped by IHOP to grab a bite. The food was delicious and served hot, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our waitress, Lulu, was incredibly patient, nice, and friendly. Even though I asked for several things multiple times (not all at once 😅), she never showed any bad attitude and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. You can really tell she works with heart. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back every week!

Am impressed !! We went lastnight on Saturday by 12 am as a group of 25 people , plenty of parking ,welcoming environment everyone was happy we ordered separately and got drinks then ate then we paid separately in less than one hour, great team IHOP, Lulu and the cook did a great job , definitely we will be back every other weekend
