I was disappointed with the quantity of food, I ordered a BLT and had one piece of lettuce, a small slice of tomato and one piece of bacon. The service was great, our waitress checked on us often, and took great care of us though.

I went in with very low expectations. But everyone enjoyed their food and the server was really good. Maybe the price reflects the changing economy or the premium associated with dining in downtown Seattle, but we were in no way disappointed and actually pleasantly surprised

We usually visit this place late night for dessert. Never disappoints. The staff here are really nice and polite. Despite the amount of crowd this place attracts even past midnight, the service is pretty quick!

Waitress was friendly, efficient & had a lovely, lively & easy going personality. Was going to order the Split Decision Combo Meal (2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 links, 2 pancakes & 1 French toast slice) for $18.59 but the waitress told us that we could save $5 overall if we ordered 2 of the meals off the $7 value menu so we did. (Meal #1 was 2 pancakes, 2 bacon or links & 2 eggs while Meal #2 was 1 French toast slice, 2 bacon or links & 2 eggs). For the record I just got bacon with both meals. I normally take pictures of my food when I go out to eat but didn't today because I just spaced on it. That said, I highly recommend this IHop which is open 24 hrs a day.

If you're lucky enough to get Miguel azure server you are really good hands! He was very helpful and kind! The advertise thick French toast and it is definitely thick delicious... Only complaint was that the whip butter was too solid... Hey, I understand but the menu said whipped & I had hoped for soft!

Prompt, friendly, and efficient hostess and wait staff. Food was fresh and served hot. Portions were more than ample. The only drawback was an extremely small table for two. I recommend a table for four even if it's just two of you.

It had been a while since I last stopped into IHOP, and this visit reminded me why it’s always a solid choice. Went in early with a big group and practically had the place to ourselves, quiet, relaxed, and easy to enjoy. I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs with a coffee, and it delivered. The sirloin tips were hearty, cooked right, and packed with solid flavor. But let’s be real, the house pancakes stole the show. There’s just something about them… soft, buttery, and straight-up addictive. The place was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything felt easy from start to finish. Simple, good food done right. I’d definitely go back.

First time I dined with my sister after our hospital appointment. It is walking distance from the hospital. Place is welcoming, staff greets when you enter the place and the food was delicious. Me and my sister both ordered brunch and it was delightful and warm when served. Coffee is great especially for cold and rainy weather. Facilities are clean like rest room, chair and tables.
