I always like coming here for their $7 value meals But I always end up getting more than just the seven dollars lol. Kim is always a great server. All the servers there do a really great job and have excellent customer service.

I’ve come to this IHOP for years. I no longer live in Seattle, but just had to stop in while visiting. Except for the updated menu (and prices), it’s like stepping into a comfortable time warp. My server, Ken, did a great job and was super friendly and personable.

This is not the old IHOP! Clean, great staff, modern but still original. Pancakes and avocado toast? Coffee AND green tea? Fabulous. Kendrahl was an awesome waitress. Thank you!!!

This might be one of the best iHops in the world. It has a great location and is a rare chain that seems have found a niche and is thriving in the heart of anti chain Seattle. The classic building is vintage and makes everything compact and efficient. The food and service is good. Great place to take kids and really clean bathrooms.

Visiting from Uk! great service both times. The waitress mentioned she has been working at this particular Ihop for over 15 years. She deserves to be in management- handling multiple orders and speedy service all with a smile!

10/10 chocolate shakes especially for 11:30pm on cap hill. Coffee is under $5 and part of it goes to Feeding America. Free parking! Friendly staff :)

I was disappointed with the quantity of food, I ordered a BLT and had one piece of lettuce, a small slice of tomato and one piece of bacon. The service was great, our waitress checked on us often, and took great care of us though.
