This restaurant location is truly special. Bre, the general manager, went above and beyond on correcting my issue and I truly appreciate her and the staff there for treating my mother like their own. Definitely recommend this establishment if you want the best quality food and treatment!

I walked in and this angry guy barged in after me yelling about how I cut him off in traffic. He start to throw a punch but in an action movie like fashion, one of the employees, he was a buff, lightskin man with braids, ran at him and just clobbered him. Ran him off and looked at me and said "Pancakes not the only thing being served tonight". Proceeded to have the best dining experience I've ever had at an IHOP

José was absolutely amazing his worked super hard and was very polite and friendly he made our experience amazing even tho he was running with little help and it was only his second day. Everything came out delicious and surprisingly fast everyone did an excellent job tonight.

The food is good. The service is slow but they're nice. The restaurant itself could use a good deep cleaning but it is not the dirtiest IHOP by far. It is peaceful and calm in there. I think if they just brought in a good leader to manage this store, the rating could turn into a 5 stars for service and atmosphere easily.

this young black man was so respectful so auraful so mysterious and it warms my heart and made me feel at home in IHOP. I think his name was davis I could be wrong ! but what a kind young man ! And he smelled so goooood and looked better than the food.

I'm telling you now... this is my 3rd review edit for the past few trips we've made to this page. It's totally the best IHOP around. The one thing this Blue Springs location has that none of the other IHOP locations can boast having... is a server named "Leslie"! She was the kindest, hardest working server I've met. Seriously, if you desire a professional who truly cares about the customer experience, you've found the right place to go for that! Leslie goes OUT OF HER WAY to ensure you are well cared for and that your food exceeds your expectations! Speaking of... the food here is also wonderfully prepared. Whoever they have back in the kitchen KNOWS how to cook an egg, as well as the rest of your meal. IHOP in Blue Springs at 1135 NE Coronado Dr, Blue Springs, MO 64014 is the best location to frequent. YOU'RE WELCOME!

Honestly surprised by a lot of the low ratings because we had a great breakfast experience here! We were seated quickly and had attentive, genuinely friendly service from Evelyn—the kind of service where you never have to ask for a refill because it just appears. Coffee came with a big carafe left at the table (bottomless refills), our cups were never empty, and we were offered to-go cups as well. Huge plus. I ordered the sirloin tips, which came with eggs, hash browns and bottomless pancakes for around $16–17. My husband got the country fried steak with eggs and hash browns, also with bottomless pancakes, for about the same price. That’s a ton of food for the money. And let’s talk about the food quality—because cooking steak tips well is not easy. These were perfectly done: crispy/caramelized on the outside and pink on the inside. Legit impressive. The eggs were a perfect soft scramble with cheese, not dry or overcooked at all. Everything we needed was readily available—full assortment of coffee creamers, sauces, and syrups, all free and easy to access. Overall: great value, great service, and food that was clearly prepared with care. Sometimes IHOP gets a bad rap, and based on our experience, it really shouldn’t, this location at least! We’ll definitely be back.
