Brianna, Shay, Iyanah was very helpful and nice the whole staff was wonderful I never had a card showing appreciation not just to the customers but the mothers who also walked in to enjoy their meals. We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP on the BLVD today. Our server Nashai was absolutely amazing. She was actually the manager, but she stepped right in to help serve tables and made us feel so welcomed and cared for the entire time. Her attitude was warm, professional, and genuinely kind, and you could tell she truly cares about her customers and team. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly, and the service was excellent from beginning to end. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. She handled everything with patience, positivity, and such a great spirit even when we asked her for things. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. Employees and managers like her are the reason people return. Highly recommend this location for both the food and outstanding customer service! I will be asking for her and of few other of her employees at this location just wonderful you guys have to check it out.

My family and I enjoyed our meal here, everything turned out great. Our waiter terrelle was phenomenal, he was so kind andworked quickly. He greeted us with a smile and would make us laugh. We definitely appreciated him as our waiter because waiters like him are hard to come by, we definitely will be back!

Some family members and I went to IHOP during the celebration of the Franchise Anniversary on July 16, 2019. The restaurant was full but not completely packed. We were greeted by friendly staff and seated immediately. Our hostess did an excellent job. She answered our questions, gave us different options concerning our food selection, and was honest with her answers. The food was delicious, I enjoyed my short stack of pancakes for only 58 cents with some sausage and eggs. The store was clean through out. Once the customers left the dining area, a two man cleaning crew was cleaning up the area for future customers to dine. Overall the experience at this IHOP location was worth 5 stars. I usually have a good experience each time I visit.
