Food was great!! However, it had been years since I ate at IHOP and prices even for the simplest dishes had increased considerably. I will return but not on a regular basis. There are other restaurants that serve breakfast for a lower price.

I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to our waiter, David. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable. He clearly explained menu options, answered our questions patiently, and made sure our order was exactly right. David was also very attentive throughout our meal. This is favorite IHOP location. The staff were attentive and the food was very good! Compared to other IHOPs I didn't have to wait long to be seated and received my food hot and quickly.

Average IHOP. Food was warm and tasty. Coffee was hot and plentiful. Went in during a week day morning and only had one server and no hostess. With the few people there the poor waiter was running himself ragged. He did his best but 3 starts for service is in the management not the poor server he was doing his best!
